Fantastic place. Very friendly staff. They are very good about rescheduling appointments around your personal needs and situations. There is a children’s area which is an awesome thing to have. Waiting times are a little long but that’s expected since you’re not the only person having your car serviced and it’s better to wait a while and have a good job done rather that wait a short time and have a bad job done. Had my Suburban there for Service and fixing an oil leak. Actually the car is still leaking. Paid more than 600 bucks for changing gaskets. When I brought it back there they looked closer and decided, that it now is the rear main sealing leaking... want more than 800 bucks for that. Took the car to another transmission service in Tuscaloosa. Spending 300 bucks less there! Tuscalooa Chevrolet "Roll, Chevy Roll!?!??" - No! I say: Tuscaloosa Chevrolet... Roll Dollar Roll !!! that's there motto... make a quick buck and about the customer they don't care a f***! Would give zero stars if possible.
This dealership has terrible service. I am forced to go due to my warranty only valid if I go to a Chevy dealership and every single time I go I leave angry. The receptionist are rude. This last time I went, I waited an hour past the time my car was ready because nobody could be bothered to let me know my car was ready meanwhile I was waiting in their lobby. I waited 2 hours for an oil change. Do not go to this dealership! You will leave with a headache and terrible customer service.
This Dealership is awesome, the staff is friendly and helpful, Mr Jesse Cousette made the car buying experience incredible easy. He is very knowledgeable.
