Most of the people there are nice, which I greatly appreciate. However, the rudeness and abrasiveness of the new GM, the issue with my calipers and how it was handled, then having to pay to get towed and a flat took off because of their technicians ignorance, this vehicle will be my first and last business transaction with them. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone with how I've been done and treated.
Still paying for a car here but once I'm done I'm no longer doing any business with them. I had to pay over 300 dollars replacing calipers that shouldn't of passed their inspection before it was sold to begin with. 50 dollars of which was to put a tire back on that the tow guy offered to do shortly after I started and I was never told there would be a charge. If I was told I wouldn't of agreed to 50 dollars just to put a tire on. Because they "don't cover tires and brakes" I was left with the bill.
Helps high-risk, low credit buyers
Few months down the road I had a blowout on the tire that the caliper was replaced. Their technician stripped a lug nut so bad that it couldn't be taken off by normal means. I had to have my car towed and the lug nut had to be taken off with a blow torch. Another $200.00 out of my pocket because of them. Not to mention that the mechanic who took the flat off told me that the calipers that are on it look as old as the car does, so I'm left wondering what happened to the new calipers that I paid for.
