Has ants. Charges his own price on the electric cause he reads the metors.He reads those metors on the 20th of every mo. I wasn't even there then but I got charged for those days. So if you move in after the 20th your gonna pay for someone else's electric.
Quiet neighbors, and the right price. Also has easy access back to the highways.
Easy access from the interstate, several gas stations located near by including a Pilot Station. Yes the secondary area is a big parking lot, but its perfect for over night stays. I'm in the center of the secondary lot and have great internet access. If you travel a lot and need good Wi-Fi just by a booster from TechnoRV and be done with it. Thank you Sunset RV!
Good lot for what its worth. Would be better with some shade trees, and possibly a shower/laundry on secondary lot.
Basically a parking lot in the secondary site. Would not recommend or stay again.
