I did not like this company. There is no way to move up in this company unless you are one of Mike Irwins friends children. Then which case you'll be given a sallery job that involves doing nothing. I worked there for 3 years and, tried to gain experience so that I could move up yet they would never allow it. Their starting rate is a joke and, the union reps are paid off to keep from fighting for the employees. I have never worked at such an unprofessional business in my entire life. I'd rather work fast food than work there again and, that's saying something when I swore I'd rather die than work fast food.
It seems like a good company but the security gard in the 6 to 2 shift needs to retire. He has problems with parking issues and he thinks he owns the company. Bad attitude and bad for the company.
