Horrible. I wish I can rate this Enterprise location a zero. Schedule a reservation for a Minivan, the day of pick there was no Minivan. They gave us a Ford Edge with very tight spaces and left us ( the customer) to figure out another location that can possibly give the
Understaffed and slow, but they picked me up at the shop and gave me a clean, like-new car.
So my wife and I were out of town working and my truck broke down. So I called enterprise to get a car and they had one. She goes up there and they won't rent her a car because we don't have any bills with me now mind you we are from another state. Who has bills in there car when they don't need them. So they wouldn't let her get one. So now thank to Paul I have no car!
Strongly recommended! The manager here is very helpful and almost impossible to leave here with less than %100 satisfaction!!
